Government of India has released a special series of ₹.1, ₹. 2, ₹. 5, ₹. 10 and₹. 20 coins celebrating the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav in 2022, depicting the AKAM logo. These new series of coins are easily identifiable by visually impaired people for an inclusive society. These coins will remind people of the goal of amrit kal to better the lives of citizens, lessen the developmental divide between villages and cities, and reduce government interference in public life, encourage the development or acquisition of the latest technologies for the country and motivate people to work towards the development of the country.

1) ग्राहक डेटा पर अद्यतन:

  • Customer(s) must notify us of any changes in their data within 24 hours of placing an order through email (marketing.igmk@spmcil.com, support@spmcil.com)
  • Changes to the shipping address will not be accommodated once the order is processed for dispatch. Any communication in this regard will not be entertained.

2) Delivery timelines:

*NOTE:

  • Tentative Dispatch Period: Minimum 12-15 working days, post-payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Period: As per standard postal procedures (India Post)
  • Orders are processed in the order sequence as they arrive, i.e., First in, First Out. No requests for fast tracking the order(s) will be entertained

3) Grievances and Returns:

  • Any complaints regarding the non-receipt of coins must be reported to the concerned department within 45 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Replacements are not feasible after 45 days from the date of dispatch, & any requests for the same will not be entertained.

4) शिपिंग हानि और वापसी नीति

  • In case the article is lost during transit, being an insured article, claims for refunds or replacement coin sets will be considered only after receiving the compensation amount for the lost article from the postal department.

5) Receiving of Consignment:

  • The customer should ensure that the consignment arrived is untampered and can give receiving only after assurance of arrival of the untampered consignment.
  • Unboxing proof is required for any complaints regarding short delivery or quality or defect issues.
